JIC Magic RMA Request Form

Please fill out the following form so that we can better serve your service needs. In addition, please note that this form will issue you an RMA # immediately.  

Once you request has been submitted, you can continue to check the status using Check RMA Status.

When your RMA Request is received, you will be sent an email containing your RMA # for your records.  

When you have completed filling out your information click the Submit Request button located at the bottom of the form and we will respond to your request within 2 business days. Any incomplete submissions will be deleted without notice.

PLEASE NOTE, once you have submitted your response, please call us at (562)-803-6122. We are currently experiencing some technical difficulties and we want to make sure that your request is received. Also, once you do submit your request and you may get an ERROR message. When this happens, your request may have been received and you will not have to send it again. Again, please confirm with us by calling. Thank you.
