JIC Magic USA Support

Welcome to JIC Magic USA's Tech / Support Center.

Here you will find the vital information for technical help, warranty information, rebuild / maintenance information, and frequently asked questions.

Because we are no longer importing parts from Japan our rebuild services and replacement parts are limited to instock items. This means that we can only service Monotube dampers, this service will be offered as long as parts are available. We are also working on manufacturing replacement parts for discontinued items so we can continue service for our exsisting customers.

For additional information on maintanance or customization of dampers, please visit the MAINTENANCE page on the left hand side. There you will find ways to send your coilovers in for overhaul, rebuild, or custom valving.
